Palestinian Man Shot by Turkish Embassy Security Guards

A Palestinian man was shot and wounded by Turkish embassy security guards on Tuesday after breaking into the mission in Tel Aviv and holding hostages. The Palestinian held hostage the Turkish consul-general and his wife for some two hours. They managed to escape after Turkish security officers shot and wounded the Palestinian, who was armed with a gun and a knife. He remained in the embassy where he barricaded himself in a room. The man, named as Nadim Injaz, said he would detonate a bomb unless he was given asylum in Turkey. The man also had weapons, explosives and gasoline. Israeli police officers and embassy security men were trying to convince him to surrender. It appeared the man entered the embassy through an open window on the ground floor. According to Israeli media, the man was released from an Israeli jail two weeks ago after completing a four-year sentence for breaking into the British embassy in 2006 to demand asylum. The man demanded Turkey grants him political asylum as he was wanted by Palestinian security officials because he had worked as an informer for the Israeli security services. Israeli police blocked a major seaside road outside the embassy and several ambulances were at the scene. Violent political incidents are rare in Israel’s commercial capital, where all countries locate their embassies. Consulates in Jerusalem also rarely encounter political violence.

So I was trying to download a movie from Vuze, when the computer just automatically downloaded some spyware that looks like it’s from Windows. It took over my computer and disabled my task manager. It’s gotten so bad that now I have no icons on my desktop and have to find new ways just to log into the internet,, how do I get rid of the spyware and restore my settings including my desktop icons??

I managed a sign service and installation company where i was responsible for all duties including fabricating the signs, erecting signs from digging hole to finish, building and store front signs, ordering equipment/supplies, servicing signs and electrical lighting (i.e. neons, l.e.d.s, parking lights, flood/security lights) with a lot of customer intervention. I want to start small and do a service only business to get money to open a shop. I have a list of what i tools and materials i need for service. I know i need a bucket/boom truck to get to the signs and a license and insurance. What would be the best way to go about getting my foot in the door and getting my business officially up and running?

Alan Ross: IT Information Security Starts At Home

IT Information Security: “We cannot solve security problems with technology.” That is one of the observations of Intel IT’s Alan Ross, a Senior Principal Engineer who has developed deep insights into the data security landscape over the past decade. IT Security starts with people and in this video presentation Ross says the future of security strategies depends on equipping users. “They are the stewards of information security for the corporation, and it’s up to them and the way that they interact and behave with the data that’s going to effectively protect information.” For more information about IT Information Security see www.Intel.com
